How Can We Help with Your Event?

WILL YOU PROVIDE SOMEONE TO MAKE THE ANNOUCEMENTS/EMCEE?

Yes! As a part of our special event package, we do offer an "emcee" to make the announcements during your event.  Our emcee will work alongside you, the venue and your coordinator to help direct attention to special moments during your event.

DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS?

Yes! We can learn a special song for your event!  We require a minimum of three weeks notice prior to the event for a special request.

DO YOU TAKE A BREAK?

Typically we like to keep the party rockin' with a three hour set of non stop dance music.  In certain circumstances we can extend our show, in which we would throw in a break.  During those instances, we will provide your party with upbeat iPod music to keep the vibe alive!

DO YOU PLAY FOR COCKTAIL/DINNER HOUR?

Our Special Event Package includes an iPod mix of light cocktail and dinner background music. For and additional cost, we can provide a live duo/trio to add a special touch to your cocktail or dinner hour.

WHO'S IN THE BAND?

GrooveSmash is a group of five core musicians including guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and vocals; with the option to add a horn section at additional cost.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE A STAGE? AND IS A STAGE REQUIRED?

We do not provide a stage. A stage is NOT required but is preferred. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SET UP/TEAR DOWN?

We require a minimum of two hours to set up and two hours to tear down our equipment.
